Eileen Coskey Fracchia is an executive coach, business consultant, former senior executive and the managing principal of El Camino Group, LLC. Eileen’s “first career” was in banking. She spent more than two decades as a senior leader at Wells Fargo, and held multiple positions in line, staff, and group management. As Senior Vice President and Head of West Coast Region Development, Eileen led Strategy, Talent Development (Leader and Team Member), Team Member Engagement, M&A and Customer Experience teams in support of 50,000+ team members.
Eileen enjoys working with a broad spectrum of clients (individuals and organizations), from: early-stage to tenured, private to public, emerging to senior executives, teams and boards of directors-- in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors. Professor Fracchia is an adjunct faculty member of Loyola Marymount University, teaching and coaching in the Executive MBA program, and as a guest speaker at the USC Price School of Public Policy. Eileen is also a Founding Fellow and the West Coast Local Leader of the Institute of Coaching (IOC), a Harvard Medical School Affiliate. She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and is certified through the International Coach Federation. Eileen is an active channel partner with the Ken Blanchard Company, Gallup, TMBC, and a number of other leadership-development companies; and is trained to coach, facilitate and deliver multiple leadership employee programs, assessments, tools and trainings.
Eileen is very active in the L.A. community. She is co-founder of the Women’s Leadership Network, Vice President of the Jewish Vocational Services, Board member of the UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation and partner in Social Venture Partners Los Angeles.
Eileen and her husband, Don, are the very proud parents of Jamie (the banker), Anthony (the store manager) and Jason (the COO/Co-founder of a start-up).

He has served as a board chair and board director of several high-potential start-ups and media industry groups. David’s governance expertise and leadership has been sought after by boards. His strategic insight, analytical mindset, and knowledge of how to use technology as a game-changer (especially in the entertainment industry) have added real value to the boards on which he has served.
He is an acknowledged expert in the media industry around the world and has been at the forefront of three major industry revolutions – DVD, Blu Ray, and Digital Distribution.
David is a recognized authority in developing effective leaders. His passion for building high-performing teams and coaching executives has helped create a cadre of effective leaders in companies like Netflix, Sony, Google, IMAX, and Amazon. He serves on the advisory board for USC's Third Space Thinking Center which focuses on leadership development. In addition to being a Partner with El Camino Group, David is the President of David Bishop Media, Inc., an advisory firm serving the media industry and providing executive leadership development.
David holds a graduate degree in Executive and Organizational Development from Columbia University. David is a respected board member and leader in the home entertainment industry. He was a board member of Movielink – an industry joint-venture that was the first internet video-on-demand service. He served as president and then vice-chair of the Digital Entertainment Group - an industry trade group. David has been inducted into Variety’s Home Entertainment Hall of Fame. Over the years, he has served as a board member of several early stage companies. He is currently a director of Parrot Analytics and an advisor to 3PM Shield. He is also the current chairman of the Greater Los Angeles Food Bank.
Candy Deemer is an Associate of El Camino Group, LLC and an executive coach, writer/co-author of Dancing on the Glass Ceiling (McGraw-Hill 2003), and adjunct faculty member in Loyola Marymount University’s Executive MBA program, where she has taught Professional Growth Planning since 2005. Her articles have appeared in national publications, and she speaks to professional groups and university students about the challenges facing professional women, and what they can do to achieve their career aspirations.
Candy’s “first career” was advertising. She spent 22 years in client services and general agency management, primarily with DDB Worldwide Communications in Chicago and Los Angeles where she was Co-Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer of the agency’s Los Angeles office.
Candy holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Advertising from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, and she is a member of the Board of Advisers of Medill.
Ms. Deemer lives in Manhattan Beach, California, and is married, with three sons and one ginormous dog. An avid traveler, she has visited over 30 countries, including a year living in Spain with her family. She is “casi-fluent” in Spanish, and speaks English pretty well, too.
Dr. Janice Doucet Thompson is an Associate with El Camino Group, LLC. and is a highly experienced organizational development practitioner with over 30 years of leadership experience.
Janice is founder and managing principal with JD Thompson & Associates, a Sacramento-based leadership and management consulting firm. Her areas of expertise include succession planning, talent management, strategic visioning, and change management. She has held leadership roles at First Union/Wachovia, The Ken Blanchard Companies, and Sutter Health.
A lifelong learner, Janice holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, part of the Chapman University system, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from San Jose State University. Janice is certified as a facilitator and coach for DiSC, Learning Styles, and Voices and Benchmarks 360° assessments, as well as a 4MAT trainer and curriculum designer. She facilitates Blanchard workshops on Situational Leadership II®, Situational Self Leadership®, and Leading People through Change.
Dr. David Facer is an Associate with El Camino Group, LLC. David is a dedicated executive coach who supports both new and seasoned executives. David’s coaching is powerful and focuses on helping managers and executives on developing and/or changing specific behaviors that are causing both wanted and unwanted results through enhancing their understanding of what others need from them and how it differs from what they are getting. Trisha Mason Parsad is an Associate with El Camino Group, LLC. and a certified professional co-active coach through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Over the past 14 years, Trisha has utilized her coaching principles, and various assessments to further develop individuals and teams. Trisha has created and facilitated BUILD, an early career high potential program at NBCU and other project assignments drafted for the participants in that program. Trisha is known to be an interactive facilitator, leadership developer, collaborative consultant and motivational business coach. Lynn Matsuda is an Associate with El Camino Group, LLC. and a Senior Executive with over 30 years of financial service and health care leadership.
A visionary and groundbreaking leader with a reputation for strategic thinking, Lynn most recently served as Senior Vice President of Bank Operations and Service for Tri Counties Bank. Previously, she has held an executive-level position at Placer Sierra Bank and senior-level positions with Wells Fargo and Blue Shield.
Lynn is adept at making rapid assessments of diverse situational challenges and developing and leading the resulting initiatives. She has created and improved business cultures that enhance the customer and employee experience. Lynn is an entrepreneur and recently launched two successful small businesses. She also serves on several Boards including the Sacramento Zoo and Neighborworks and is also the Board Secretary of Waikiki Beach Walk Vacation Owners Association.
Heidi D. Egger is an Associate with El Camino Group, LLC and is a human resources professional with over 30 years of leadership experience. Her areas of expertise include compensation, benefits and performance management.
Heidi most recently served as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Raley’s where she provided strategic and operational leadership in the design, administration, and communication of the company’s total rewards programs. She also served as an internal consultant to Raley’s Executive Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Heidi’s experience also includes compensation and benefits roles at Blue Diamond Growers, the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, and Cutter Laboratories.

Tanesha Welch is an Administrative Associate with El Camino Group, LLC. An entrepreneur and humanitarian at heart, Tanesha ‘Mrs. TEE’ Welch is on the brink of inspiring women and youth. As founder of T. Welch Enterprises, Tanesha has created a platform for girls and women of all backgrounds and professional levels to gather together and empower and be empowered.
For the past 10 years, Tanesha has been of service to the Los Angeles community operating her Non-Profit organization: A Blessing in a Bag Foundation, Inc. servicing the homeless and low-income population, girls youth dance program: Rhythmic Strength servicing inner-city youth and a host of other volunteer services.
