Eileen Coskey Fracchia is Founder and CEO of El Camino Group, LLC, a strengths-based leadership, and organizational performance effectiveness firm. With over three decades of leadership and management experience, Eileen specializes in helping individuals and organizations realize their full potential and navigate their road to success.

As a known expert in strategic and organizational effectiveness planning, executive and professional coaching, organizational and business consulting, business efficacy, and the development and implementation of customized learning solutions, clients come to Eileen and El Camino Group from  a broad spectrum of industries in both the profit and non-profit sectors including ABC/Disney, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, CHLA, Linkage, Facebook, LA Phil., Survey Monkey, Starz/Lionsgate, Netflix, Project Angel Food, and The Marcus Buckingham Company, where Eileen was Chief Learning Officer and EVP.

Beyond her work as a coaching expert and renowned speaker, Eileen is a Founding Fellow, Strategic Advisor and Thought Leader of the Institute of Coaching (IOC), a Harvard Medical School Affiliate, and an adjunct faculty member of Loyola Marymount University teaching in the Executive MBA program.  She is a trusted presenter and facilitator on topics including Leading through Change, Building Strong and Collaborative Teams,  Women in Leadership, Creating Inclusive and Appreciative Environments, Organizational and Leadership Efficacy, Finding Your Way Forward from Cancer, and other Life-Changing Events and most recently at the ESPNW Summit – Bridging the Pay Equity Gap.

Prior to founding El Camino Group, Eileen had a successful career as a line of business leader,  organizational and talent development executive in the banking industry, which serves as rich experience that she brings to her work as a coaching and leadership practitioner. As Wells Fargo’s Senior Vice President and Head of Regional Development, Eileen managed Strategic, Organizational, Talent (Leader and Team Member) and Customer development in support of 50,000+ team members. She successfully navigated regional and enterprise strategic teams through four mergers and acquisitions.

Eileen resides in Los Angeles with her husband Don, where she is highly active in the community. She is dedicated to using her skills and experiences to help others through her work as co-founder of the Women’s Leadership Network and is a member of the Board of Directors for JVS SoCal, UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation and Social Venture Partners. She holds a master’s degree in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego Graduate School of Business, is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and is certified through the International Coach Federation.



Candy Deemer is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC. Candy is a writer/co-author of Dancing on the Glass Ceiling (McGraw-Hill 2003). Her articles have appeared in national publications, and she speaks to professional groups and university students about the challenges facing professional women, and what they can do to achieve their career aspirations.

Candy’s “first career” was advertising. She spent 22 years in client services and general agency management, primarily with DDB Worldwide Communications in Chicago and Los Angeles. She was Co- Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer of the agency’s Los Angeles office. She has served on the Boards of Directors of the American Advertising Museum, and Students in Free Enterprise (non-profit founded by Sam Walton to promote understanding of the free enterprise system among college students).

Candy is a founding partner and founding board member of Los Angeles Social Venture Partners (www.lasvp.org), a diverse group of professionals who are pioneering a new, high-engagement model of nonprofit giving— Venture Philanthropy. Her key focus area with LASVP is supporting the charter public school movement in Los Angeles.

Candy holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Advertising from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, and she is a member of the Board of Advisers of Medill. Candy taught Professional Growth Planning from 2005-2018 in Loyola Marymount University’s Executive MBA program and was an Executive Coach from 2019 – 2020. She is a charter member and former Chair of Northwestern’s Council of One Hundred, a national group of distinguished professional alumnae who are selected to provide career mentoring to the University’s women students and young alums. She is also one of 15 national Directors-at- Large for the Northwestern University Alumni Association.

Candy lives in Manhattan Beach and is married, with three sons and one ginormous dog. An avid traveler, she has visited over 30 countries, including a year living in Spain with her family. She is “casi- fluent” in Spanish, and speaks English pretty well, too.


Charlotte Saulny, is an Associate with El Camino Group, LLC.  As a people strategy and culture consultant and executive coach, Charlotte is dedicated to creating opportunities for people to thrive in the workplace, and invests her time working with organizations to help them bring congruency between their values and talent strategies in addition to working 1:1 with leaders and small teams to help them be at their most effective and by walking their talk.

Charlotte has twenty years of senior leadership experience in professional services, managing the development and delivery of talent development solutions.  Most recently, Charlotte served as a senior executive at ADP, overseeing the implementation of a strengths-based employee engagement initiative. Charlotte worked at The Marcus Buckingham Company (TMBC), from 2006-2017, serving as President until its acquisition by ADP in 2018. During her tenure she served as an advisor to best-selling business author Marcus Buckingham, and grew multiple client accounts including Accenture, Hilton, Cisco, Deloitte, Facebook, Kohl’s, Gap & Levi’s.

Prior to working at TMBC, Charlotte served as the Executive Director of Coaching for Anthony (Tony) Robbins, overseeing the sales and delivery of coaching services to over 10,000 entrepreneurs per year. She selected and trained over 100 coaches worldwide and built several curriculum coaching programs focused on specific issues such as time management, health and wellness and business strategy.

Charlotte holds a Master of Arts in Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bristol University in the United Kingdom. In addition to her formal education, she has obtained numerous certifications in leadership and career development programs and tools including Situational Leadership, Strong Manager Program and the StandOut Assessment tool. She is a certified strengths-coach and is currently completing an additional coaching certification at the prestigious Hudson School of Coaching.

Charlotte is married to Edward and stepmom to Philip (24) and Bjorn (21). In 2018 Edward and Charlotte founded a not-for-profit focused on delivering social-emotional wellness programs for underserved youth.


Christine Scordato is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC.  For almost 30 years, her passion has been working with global leaders, senior executives, and high potentials to grow their impact. Christine focuses on working with organizations and individuals to develop powerful visions, build collaborative relationships, lead high performing teams and to create, execute and achieve business objectives aligned with organizational strategy.

Christine spent much of her career as a senior HR executive at Wellington Management and Putnam Investments.  Originally trained as a researcher and consultant she brings a strong evidence-based approach to solving business problems and executive coaching. Her approach to executive development (including for investors) is rooted in cultural values, self-awareness, business strategy and succession planning needs.  Embedded within the firm’s leadership group, she led global, cross-functional business teams to define strategy and then coached both leaders and teams to develop and execute actionable plans.  Christine has been described as “seeing through the chaos and getting to the insights and questions that create awareness and capability.” Christine’s industry experience ranges from financial services, investment management, and hedge funds to non-profits; with the following areas of expertise: executive coaching and assessment, team coaching, organizational design, talent development and succession planning, decision-making and bias, talent development of investment professionals.

Christine is an avid learner.  She is certified as both an executive coach through Columbia University and an International Systemic Team Coach with the London-based Academy of Executive Coaching and holds degrees from both Harvard University and Smith College. She’s a long-time Fellow at the Harvard Institute of Coaching.


Cynthia Loy Darst, MFA, CPCC, ORSCC, MCC, named “One of the Top Ten Most Influential Coaches in the U.S.,” is playful and inspiring, working with all kinds of people to move them past limitations and into action & fulfillment. Darst is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Certified Relationship & Systems Coach and one of the first eight to receive the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coach Federation.

Based in Los Angeles, Darst maintains a full roster of private clients including corporate execs, entrepreneurs, creative types (actors, writers, and entertainment industry), people in transition, as well as other coaches. She and her husband, David Darst, CPCC, PCC, also a coach, are partners in their company, Team Darst (www.TeamDarst.com). They do work with individuals as well as teams, couples, partnerships and organizational systems.

As a Senior Course Leader for both CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) and CRR Global (The Center for Right Relationship), she delights in traveling the US, Canada, and the world, training others in the skills of Co-Active Coaching for individuals, relationships and organizational systems. She has been instrumental in the selection, training and development of new and current leaders for both CRR and CTI.

While Cynthia’s focus is on coach training and leadership development, over the years she has become quite skilled in instructional design for experiential learning. In the mid-90s she studied at the feet of the CTI design team (Henry Kimsey-House, Karen Kimsey-House, and Laura Whitworth), and soon began to design short & well-received workshops on her own. As the years passed, she served on CTI’s Core Legacy Team: the group responsible for the consistency, quality and development of the CTI curriculum. By the 00s, she was developing experiential retreats and workshop for clients as well as creating her own work through The Coaches Studio. “The Inside Team Teleclass,” and “Inside, Outside, All Around Your Life” are two of her courses occasionally offered at CRR Global.

Passionate about quality and excellence in the world of coaching, Darst was a founding member of the International Coach Federation, has also served on the Board of Directors of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association and is Past-President of ACTO (The Assoc. of Coach Training Organizations).


Dave Shaw is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC. He is a certified, Los Angeles-based Executive and Leadership Coach with a strong passion for developing people. His perspective is informed by 20+ years of functional leadership experience running global marketing for a major entertainment studio.

Dave is described by coworkers and clients as able to see the broad picture, can meaningfully connect, can build rapport and coach at all levels and is keenly interested in developing others both professionally and personally. His coaching style is open and direct, and he challenges with insight, empathy and support. Having come from operational roles, he has a keen ability to quickly understand the environment and challenges of his clients and collaborates to coach them to higher levels of performance. Dave is passionate about fixing the underlying issues of stress, self-management and lacking work/life balance that often derail top performers.

Prior to coaching, he was Sr. Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at 20th Century Fox, where he managed a team responsible for the marketing and distribution of over 2,000 films. His teams delivered award-winning innovative campaigns for franchises such as Star Wars, Alien, Avatar and The Sound of Music. Dave also spearheaded the development and training plan for the division’s marketing department, ensuring upskilling in areas of communication, creativity, change management and leadership.

Dave holds the ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation, received his coaching training at the prestigious Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara and graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Communication. A member of SDSU’s Regional Alumni board, he also finds time to coach current students and recent graduates pursuing careers in entertainment. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and 3 daughters.


David Bishop is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC. David is a visionary and successful president who has led two, multibillion-dollar, leading global media companies – Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and MGM Worldwide Home Entertainment.

He has served as a board chair and board director of several high-potential start-ups and media industry groups. David’s governance expertise and leadership has been sought after by boards. His strategic insight, analytical mindset, and knowledge of how to use technology as a game-changer (especially in the entertainment industry) have added real value to the boards on which he has served. He is an acknowledged expert in the media industry around the world and has been at the forefront of three major industry revolutions – DVD, Blu Ray, and Digital Distribution.

David is a recognized authority in developing effective leaders. His passion for building high-performing teams and for coaching executives has helped create a cadre of effective leaders in companies like Netflix, Sony, Google, IMAX, and Amazon. He serves on the advisory board for USC’s Third Space Thinking Center which focuses on leadership development.

David is now president of David Bishop Media, Inc., an advisory firm serving the media industry and providing executive leadership development. He has a track record of helping leaders
David holds a graduate degree in executive and organizational development from Columbia University. David is a respected board member and leader in the home entertainment industry. He was a board member of Movielink – an industry joint-venture that was the first internet video-on-demand service. He served as president and then vice-chair of the Digital Entertainment Group – an industry trade group. David has been inducted into Variety’s Home Entertainment Hall of Fame. Over the years, he has served as a board member of several early stage companies. He is currently a director of Parrot Analytics and an advisor to 3PM Shield. He is also the current chairman of the Greater Los Angeles Food Bank.


David Darst is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC., Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and a Professional Co-Active Coach
(CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute. He was also one of the first to be certified in the field of Relationship Coaching by Center for Right Relationship (CRR). As a Senior Faculty member of both CRR and CTI, he has had the opportunity to train thousands of individual and relationship coaches. He is also a Lead Facilitator and Senior Consultant for Performance Consultants.

David has been on the leading edge of coaching for over 17 years and has relationship as his primary focus, whether that is relationship with self, relationship with others or even relationship with a project. He works with individuals, corporate leaders, high-performance teams and partnerships around the globe.

David believes that relationships develop people into their fullest potential and that how you “BE” in relationship is where the power lies. Shifting into and sustaining a new way of being is not easy to do on one’s own, so David coaches clients to bring consciousness and intentionality to their relationships and work in the world.

Before training as a coach, David worked in the entertainment industry for over 15 years, both in front and behind the scenes. He is a master carpenter and furniture designer and has worked with people in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. Whether working with a piece of wood or a human being in the midst of a struggle, David has a gift for spotting and coaxing forth the beauty within. David’s first experience of what it was REALLY like to work with a team was on a thoroughbred breeding farm in Kentucky, working for one of the world’s richest men.

Dr. Janice Doucet Thompson is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC. As an organization development practitioner, she has passion and knowledge to optimize leadership effectiveness and resiliency within her client organizations. Her Why is simple: “I believe in helping people be their best so they can live more productive, happier lives.”
A highly experienced and skilled consultant, Janice understands what it takes to deliver results in challenging and complex environments. Her areas of expertise include executive leadership coaching, succession planning and talent management, strategic visioning and retreat facilitation, and change management.

Her client work includes projects with Sacramento Municipal Utility District, Teichert, Eko Health, Lilliput Families, City of Sacramento, Department of Utilities, MBK Engineers, Farmers’ Rice Cooperative, San Juan Water District, and Raley’s. She is a Partner with The Ken Blanchard Companies and a Certified Coach for Individuals and Teams with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Janice’s 30-year-career has included leadership roles with Sutter Health, Raley’s, The Ken Blanchard Companies, The Juran Institute, First Union/Wachovia, Capax Insurance Services, Blue Diamond Growers, and San Jose State University. At Sutter Health and Raley’s, she designed and launched executive development and leadership programs to build the leadership bench and drive succession planning efforts. At Juran she worked as the Change Practice Leader helping clients implement strategic large-scale change initiatives in the healthcare practice.

Janice is passionate about teaching and serves on the faculty at UC Davis Extension working with California state agencies, and at the University of San Diego, where she teaches Culture at Work: Putting Principles into Practice for the School of Business Administration, Master of Science in Executive Leadership program (MSEL).

A lifelong learner, Janice holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, part of the Chapman University system, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from the USF, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from SJSU. Her dissertation was a published study on Leading with Emotional Labor, which addressed how managers who practice leading with EL can affect their subordinates’ work performance, job satisfaction and engagement in service-related work.

She has served on several non-profit boards including ALS Association of Greater Sacramento, Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Greater Sacramento, Leadership California and the Sacramento Zoo. Janice is certified as a facilitator and coach for DiSC, Clifton Strengthfinders, Learning Styles, and Voices and Benchmarks 360° assessments, as well as a 4MAT trainer and curriculum designer. She facilitates Blanchard workshops on SLII®, Situational Self Leadership®, Building Trust and Leading People through Change.


Joy Chen is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC.

Joy Chen 陈愉 is the world-renowned executive coach whom the Wall Street Journal pronounced “an American Lean-In Guru in China” and the Los Angeles Times refers to simply as “The Networker.” She formerly served as a Deputy Mayor of Los Angeles and as an executive search consultant to Fortune 500 companies. Joy is the Founder of JOYOUS, an executive coaching and leadership development firm for Chinese Americans.

Born in the U.S. to immigrant parents, Joy began her career as a real-estate developer. At age 31, she was appointed a Deputy Mayor of Los Angeles, a position she used to spearhead education and workforce development projects to help Angelenos gain the skills and knowledge to compete in 21st century jobs.

Upon leaving public service, Joy joined Heidrick & Struggles as an executive search consultant and coach for CEOs and other executives for Fortune 500 companies across North America, Europe and Asia. She also wrote a Chinese/English careers blog which went viral on Chinese social media, prompting a publisher in China to recruit Joy to write a book for women there.

The success of that book, DO NOT MARRY BEFORE AGE 30《30岁前别结婚》and her second best-seller, HOW TO GET LUCKY IN YOUR CAREER《30岁趁势二位》, launched Joy as a celebrity executive coach and career guru in China.

For clients including Procter & Gamble, Volvo, and Weber Shandwick, Joy coached and trained Chinese employees to develop the skills to thrive and lead in a global environment. She also packaged this training into online courses and social media which have helped millions to unleash their full potential.

Joy has been profiled by The Wall Street Journal as an “American Lean-In Guru in China,” and by ABC News as “a superstar in China.” Other media profiles include VOGUE China, Esquire China, Caixin and OZY Media.

This Spring, spurred by anti-Asian hate in the U.S., Joy established JOYOUS to give Chinese Americans the insider guidance they need to smash the glass ceiling so they can build lives of greater impact and joy. She works in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Joy earned a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, MBA and M.A. in Urban Planning degrees from UCLA, and a BA from Duke University. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two young daughters.


Ken Deemer is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC. Ken Deemer has spent his career coaching and mentoring entrepreneurial leaders. As an executive coach, he works with leaders and teams to help them achieve breakthrough performance. As a venture capitalist, he has more than 25 years of experience investing in and serving on the boards of several dozen companies where he has advised the CEOs on strategy and leadership. Ken served as General Partner of Interven Partners and was Co-Founder, Chairman, and President of the Tech Coast Angels, (www.techcoastangels.com), one of the largest and most active angel investor groups in the country.

As a philanthropist, Ken co-founded and served as Chairman of Los Angeles Social Venture Partners (www.lasvp.org) a group of business professionals who contribute their time, money, and expertise to help nonprofits expand their capacity and impact. He serves on the boards of Environmental Charter Schools and the Los Angeles Center of Photography and is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Manhattan Beach.

Earlier in his career, he was a co-founder of a direct marketing company, marketing manager of a computer peripherals company and a systems engineer with Hughes Aircraft Company.

Mr. Deemer holds BS degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering from MIT and an MBA, with distinction, from Carnegie-Mellon University. He holds coaching certifications (PCC) from the Co-Active Coaches Training Institute and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and a Directors’ Training Certification from UCLA. His wife, Candy, is an author and executive coach. They have three sons.


Lisa D. Foster is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC. Lisa, PH.D., ACC, CPRW is a business coach with 25 years of leadership experience. She is an Associated Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Resume Writer from PARWCC. She is certified as a Korn Ferry Leadership Architect practitioner and to administer the EQi-2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment. She is a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching.

Lisa has been coaching and inspiring teams and others throughout her career. She began as a teacher, inspiring students to love literature through finding emotional resonance with stories and characters. As an entrepreneur, she founded a first-to-market reusable grocery bag company and inspired US consumers to switch to reusable grocery bags through publicizing stories about the impacts of single-use plastic bags. A pioneer in the fight against single-use plastic, she became a thought leader in the environmentalist movement. Her company ranked in the top three bag suppliers in the US throughout her leadership.

In her coaching practice, Lisa helps others tap into what inspires them and use their passion to engage and motivate others. Working with entrepreneurs, executives, and managers, she builds self-confidence, self-awareness and empathy to help clients solve problems and improve performance at the personal and organizational level. She finds emotional intelligence coaching powerful for people in all stages of their career.

Lisa is a partner coach with AceUp. She serves on the Board at Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation where she is the co-chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, and is a Corporator Emeritus at Northeastern University. In her spare time, she offers pro bono career coaching with Beacon Academy for underprivileged students seeking their first jobs out of college.


Lori Simms is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC. Lori is an organizational development professional and master facilitator with over twenty years’ experience working with leaders, teams and individuals to strengthen internal capabilities, navigate complex relationships, and manage organizational processes. Currently, she is a Director at MUFG Union Bank, managing the global performance management process and leading a team of diverse individuals around the world.

She brings with her a wealth of experience, working in leadership and organization development, coaching, facilitation and the management of organizational change across various industries, including entertainment, healthcare and financial services for companies like the Walt Disney Company, Healthcare Partners and Wells Fargo. Throughout her tenure at MUFG Union Bank, she has been involved in several initiatives that support building a culture of excellence which include coaching managers, executive level succession planning, streamlining business processes and managing culture.

Known for her high energy and flexibility in working with diverse audiences, Lori inspires and challenges groups and leaders to review current practices, explore alternatives and move to action. As a coach and a natural problem solver, Lori is often described by her clients as bringing a unique combination of reality, deep personal self-discovery, critical thinking, broad scope understanding, and practical “results” orientation. Lynn Matsuda is an associate and executive coach with El Camino Group, LLC. and a Senior Executive with over 30 years of financial service and health care leadership.

A visionary and groundbreaking leader with a reputation for strategic thinking, Lynn most recently served as Senior Vice President of Bank Operations and Service for Tri Counties Bank. Previously, she has held an executive-level position at Placer Sierra Bank and senior-level positions with Wells Fargo and Blue Shield.

Lynn is adept at making rapid assessments of diverse situational challenges and developing and leading the resulting initiatives. She has created and improved business cultures that enhance the customer and employee experience. Lynn is an entrepreneur and recently launched two successful small businesses.  She also serves on several Boards including the Sacramento Zoo and Neighborworks and is also the Board Secretary of Waikiki Beach Walk Vacation Owners Association.


Pam Marcheski is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC. Pam spent the first 25 years of her career as a senior level executive within several fortune 500 companies. She employs her experience of leading teams with over 1,000 employees and P&L responsibility for billions of dollars in business, to now coach individuals and organizations in operational excellence, leadership development, and organizational strategy and implementation.

In her coaching approach, Pam utilizes her past experience and multiple certifications, including Mindfulness Performance and Awareness Coaching, obtained through University of California San Diego, and Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching and Strength Based Coaching. She brings practical, real-life experience to the forefront and meets her clients’ needs where they are. She is a certified Executive and Organizational Leadership Coach that has a passion for helping leaders and organizations get to the next level, while linking their intentions to action through customized coaching engagements.

As a constant and continuous learner, she is also in the process of becoming certified through CTI. Pam is an active member of the Harvard Medical School affiliated Institute of Coaching, SHRM and Women’s Leadership Institute, where she volunteers, speaks and collaborates with others on the latest leadership and organizational needs.

Pam continues to be involved with and is an alumnus of the Executive Leadership Institute, working with high level female executives in business at organizations such as NASA, Raley’s, Black Hills Gold Utility, and Mary Kay cosmetics. She is also an alumnus of Leadership California, where she continues to be an active participant in supporting future classes of female executives. Pam lives and thrives in her community of San Diego, California and has the pleasure of residing close to her adult son.


Patti Phillips is an Associate and Strategical Planning and Operations Consultant with El Camino Group, LLC. Patti is a Cross-Industry Strategy and Transformation Executive and a seasoned strategy and operations executive with extensive experience leading transformations to create more strategic, effective and agile organizations. She has helped companies in all growth stages to define and drive market and operational responses to capitalize on times of change including strategic redirection and growth, turnaround and restructuring, corporate development and start-up strategy.

Patti’s approach is decidedly change oriented, focused on rethinking and optimizing strategic approach, revenue generation models and target operating models from the customer point of view in order to deliver substantial and sustainable results. The broad scope and scale of much of her work has demanded a refined understanding of relationship management and the ability to resolve issues and build consensus across many stakeholder groups and cross enterprise teams.  She has repeatedly achieved multimillion-dollar impact through long and short-range transition programs.

Throughout her career Patti has focused on both the strategy of defining a future target state, and on refining transformation techniques and practices to achieve them.  Her interest is in not only driving point to point transitions, but in creating sustainable organizational agility, allowing businesses to sense and respond quickly and effectively to the increasing pace of change. In doing so she takes a holistic and foundational approach, embracing required adjustment to prevailing systems, structure, culture and practices.

Patti lives an active lifestyle in Glendale, California with her family.  She is actively involved in her community holding board positions for several years in organizations focused on children and family in underserved areas of Los Angeles.  She is also an avid supporter of animal rescue causes.


Robin Miles is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC. With over 25 years of HR leadership experience, she has cultivated a versatile background in building and executing global programs “from the ground up” in the areas of Organizational Change, Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness, Employee Relations and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Robin has a proven career track record and passion for being a trusted HR advisor and transformative coach to senior global leaders in a variety of industries including high tech, financial services, healthcare, and non-profit. In her most recent internal role as Head of Management Development at VMware, Robin redefined and implemented an integrated persona-based development framework for a global community of 4500+ people managers and leaders.

One of Robin’s biggest strengths is her ability to integrate HR practices effectively, fairly, and innovatively into the business culture. She is well versed in leading-edge research-based frameworks grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology and positive organizational scholarship that support leaders in unearthing, understanding, and optimizing the hidden potential within themselves, their organizations, and the workforce. She has a bias for action and specializes in identifying root issues and creating practical solutions that contribute to high performance and organizational excellence.

Robin is best known and respected for her unique way of bringing out the best in others through honesty, good humor, creativity, and collaboration.  Her dedication and enthusiasm are contagious, and she engenders a mutual commitment from her clients to “show up” fully present and available to address their development goals with intention and vigor. In addition to her consultancy, Robin educates and inspires emerging and developing leaders as an adjunct professor in the Ageno School of Business at Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

Robin is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Transformative Studies graduate program at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Her qualitative research study will explore love as an imperative character strength for 21st century leaders. Robin also holds an M.A. in Transformative Leadership from the same institution, a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from New Ventures West, a certificate in Applied Positive Psychology from The Flourishing Center, and is a certified HorseDreamUSA equine-guided leadership development facilitator.  She is a Bay Area native and, in her leisure, loves teaching as an adjunct professor, traveling, taking long drives and spending quality time with friends and family.

Susan Smalley is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC. Susan is a leadership coach and master facilitator with over 25 years of experience in supporting the growth and development of leaders, teams, and individuals. She is the founder of the Smalley Consulting Group, specializing in Leadership Development, Team Building & Communication, and Culture Change.

She brings a wealth of real-world experience to her work, spending 15 years at the Walt Disney Company working across the studio to improve team effectiveness and build leadership skills. While there, she implemented the development strategy for the top executive talent, including building the Studio’s coaching practice and implementing an Executive Mentor program.

Susan has her coaching credential and served on the Board of the International Coaching Federation in Los Angeles for three years. She has been certified as a coach from the College of Executive Coaching and as a strengths coach from The Marcus Buckingham Company. In addition, she is a coach for The Mind Gym and Right Management and is an affiliate member of the Harvard Institute of Coaching. Shuli Suman is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC. Shuli is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and brings a wealth of business and life experience to her coaching. Her practice focuses on helping entrepreneurs navigate the challenging space of company building.
As a lifelong entrepreneur, Shuli founded West Coast Clinical Labs. Her company developed into one of Southern California’s most highly respected clinical laboratories with an FDA registration for fertility testing and became a catalyst for change in the women’s health arena for over 25 years.

Feeling the call to create something new, Shuli negotiated the successful acquisition of her first company and went on to co-found Oovra Music, a music publishing company. Flexing her entrepreneurship muscles, she established a solid operational foundation for the company and then turned over day-to-day management, eager to again create something new.

Today, Shuli continues to consult in the healthcare space through another co-founded company, ScripRight Healthcare Consultants, which provides Continuing Medical Education (CME) and consulting on the safe prescribing of opioids focusing on the legal/DEA guidelines, as well as medical standards of care. Shuli and her partner provide service to hospital systems and individual practices, which include in- depth audits, policy and systems development, and ongoing support of prescribers in today’s rapidly changing world.

Never one to sit still for long, Shuli is again in the exciting phase of creating another company. Leveraging her 25 years of experience in clinical testing, her company will focus on bringing high quality laboratory testing practices and elevated standards to the recently legalized marijuana industry. Her goal is to raise the bar for all testing in this field in the interest of patient and consumer safety. Several years ago, Shuli felt the call to share her experience in support of other entrepreneurs. She received her coaching training and certification through the Coaches Training Institute and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Shuli loves the outdoors and has a passion for cycling, hiking, and a healthy amount of wanderlust. Over the past 20 years, Trisha has held Senior Leadership Coaching, Development, Management and Facilitator positions at TMP Learning & Development Consulting, Southern California Edison, Bank of America and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Most recently, she held the position of Learning and Development Manager & Leadership Facilitator for NBCUniversal Media, LLC., where she created and facilitated BUILD, an early career high potential program, as well as a wealth of other leadership and professional development curriculums.

Trisha is known to be an interactive facilitator, leadership developer, collaborative consultant, and motivational business coach. Tanesha Morrison is an Administrative Associate with El Camino Group, LLC and Executive Assistant to Eileen Coskey Fracchia.  An entrepreneur and humanitarian at heart, Tanesha Morrison greatest joy is inspiring and impacting African-American women and youth girls residing in the Inner-City of  Los Angeles, CA.  As a NLP Practitioner and Mindset Rebirth and Transformation Coach Tanesha has  become a bridge builder for women; helping women bridge the gap both personally and professionally to become the best and most authentic version of themselves.

For the past 10 years, Tanesha has been of service to the Los Angeles community through The EmPOWERHer Experience (T.E.E), hosting various empowerment events, retreats, women’s groups and sisterhood circles helping African-American women uproot generational trauma and plant and manifest intentional seeds of ultimate transformation. Through her former Non-Profit organization: A Blessing in a Bag Foundation, Inc. Tanesha, serviced the homeless and low-income population of SPA 4 and SPA 6 for more than 7 years supplying health and hygiene items and resources, along with a host of other volunteer and philanthropic services.

Tanesha’s background in the drug rehabilitation and criminal justice field spans over 10 years, and has allowed her to work alongside notable companies such as; HealthRight360 formally Walden House, The Weingart Center, The Los Angeles County Probation Department and International Career Development Center ‘ICDC’ College as an Adjunct AOD Instructor.
