Eileen’s “first career” was in banking. She spent more than two decades as a senior leader at Wells Fargo, and held multiple positions in line, staff, and group management. As Senior Vice President and Head of West Coast Region Development, Eileen led Strategy, Talent Development (Leader and Team Member), Team Member Engagement, M&A and Customer Experience teams in support of 50,000+ team members.

Eileen and her husband, Don, are the very proud parents of Jamie (the banker), Anthony (the store manager) and Jason (the COO/Co-founder of a start-up).
Stacy Smithers is a Principal with El Camino Group, LLC. and has a focus in consulting in the areas of marketing, development and organizational support. Stacy a 23-year company veteran, retired as senior vice president of regional marketing & field support for the Western region of Wells Fargo’s Community Bank. Smithers lead the development and implementation of customer experience and marketing programs for retail banking. Her responsibilities included marketing strategy, advertising, sponsorships, banker readiness & engagement, customer experience and was chief of staff for the Western Region. These
A California native, Smithers began her career with Wells Fargo in 1995. Previous roles included regional marketing director for the state of Florida, marketing director for Los Angeles, marketing manager for the Northern California region, and marketing manager for the In-Store Banking Division. Before joining Wells Fargo, Smithers served as publisher for McClatchy Newspapers in Northern California, and as business operations manager for Research Unlimited, a full-service market research company located in Sacramento, CA.
Long devoted to the communities she serves, Smithers is active in the nonprofit community. She currently serves on the board of the Point Foundation and has served on the board of directors of several organizations, including Gay Men’s Chorus LA, City Year Miami, the Equality California Institute, Gay and Lesbian Elder Housing, and Sacramento Theatre Company and is also past chair for the Trevor Project; the leading national organization focused on crisis and suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth. .
Smithers currently resides in Studio City, California with her wife and their two youngest children.

David holds a graduate degree in Executive and Organizational Development from Columbia University. David is a respected board member and leader in the home entertainment industry. He was a board member of Movielink – an industry joint-venture that was the first internet video-on-demand service. He served as president and then vice-chair of the Digital Entertainment Group - an industry trade group. David has been inducted into Variety’s Home Entertainment Hall of Fame. Over the years, he has served as a board member of several early stage companies. He is currently a director of Parrot Analytics and an advisor to 3PM Shield. He is also the current chairman of the Greater Los Angeles Food Bank.
Candy Deemer is an Associate of El Camino Group, LLC. and an executive coach, writer/co-author of Dancing on the Glass Ceiling (McGraw-Hill 2003), and adjunct faculty member in Loyola Marymount University’s Executive MBA program, where she has taught Professional Growth Planning since 2005. Her articles have appeared in national publications, and she speaks to professional groups and university students about the challenges facing professional women, and what they can do to achieve their career aspirations.
Candy’s “first career” was advertising. She spent 22 years in client services and general agency management, primarily with DDB Worldwide Communications in Chicago and Los Angeles where she was Co-Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer of the agency’s Los Angeles office.
Candy holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Advertising from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, and she is a member of the Board of Advisers of Medill.
Ms. Deemer lives in Manhattan Beach, California, and is married, with three sons and one ginormous dog. An avid traveler, she has visited over 30 countries, including a year living in Spain with her family. She is “casi-fluent” in Spanish, and speaks English pretty well, too.

A visionary and groundbreaking leader with a reputation for strategic thinking, Lynn most recently served as Senior Vice President of Bank Operations and Service for Tri Counties Bank. Previously, she has held an executive-level position at Placer Sierra Bank and senior-level positions with Wells Fargo and Blue Shield.
Lynn is adept at making rapid assessments of diverse situational challenges and developing and leading the resulting initiatives.
