Charlotte Saulny, is an Associate with El Camino Group, LLC.  As a people strategy and culture consultant and executive coach, Charlotte is dedicated to creating opportunities for people to thrive in the workplace, and invests her time working with organizations to help them bring congruency between their values and talent strategies in addition to working 1:1 with leaders and small teams to help them be at their most effective and by walking their talk.

Charlotte has twenty years of senior leadership experience in professional services, managing the development and delivery of talent development solutions.  Most recently, Charlotte served as a senior executive at ADP, overseeing the implementation of a strengths-based employee engagement initiative. Charlotte worked at The Marcus Buckingham Company (TMBC), from 2006-2017, serving as President until its acquisition by ADP in 2018. During her tenure she served as an advisor to best-selling business author Marcus Buckingham, and grew multiple client accounts including Accenture, Hilton, Cisco, Deloitte, Facebook, Kohl’s, Gap & Levi’s.

Prior to working at TMBC, Charlotte served as the Executive Director of Coaching for Anthony (Tony) Robbins, overseeing the sales and delivery of coaching services to over 10,000 entrepreneurs per year. She selected and trained over 100 coaches worldwide and built several curriculum coaching programs focused on specific issues such as time management, health and wellness and business strategy.

Charlotte holds a Master of Arts in Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bristol University in the United Kingdom. In addition to her formal education, she has obtained numerous certifications in leadership and career development programs and tools including Situational Leadership, Strong Manager Program and the StandOut Assessment tool. She is a certified strengths-coach and is currently completing an additional coaching certification at the prestigious Hudson School of Coaching.

Charlotte is married to Edward and stepmom to Philip (24) and Bjorn (21). In 2018 Edward and Charlotte founded a not-for-profit focused on delivering social-emotional wellness programs for underserved youth.
