Courtney Birch Webster, an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC,  has been coaching since 2008 and is dedicated to helping leaders and organizations create lasting change.

Her results-oriented approach is driven by a belief that success comes from a bold action plan using measurable short and long-term goals to generate extraordinary results in lives, careers, and businesses. She delights in working with clients to increase their effectiveness, productivity, engagement, impact, and joy by focusing on and leveraging their unique strengths and genuine brilliance and does so with humor, compassion, and a laser focus on transformation.

Before dedicating herself to coaching and consulting, Courtney had a fulfilling and recognized career in hospitality with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and in Entertainment with leading networks including HBO, FX, ESPN, NBC, PBS, and TLC.

Courtney completed her undergraduate education at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and earned the Advanced Certification Team Coaching as credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has completed advanced coaching certifications through the Co-Active Training Institute, The Marcus Buckingham Company, and The Hudson Institute of Coaching. She is a proud Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) an affiliate of Harvard Medical School.

With an enthusiastic commitment to service, Courtney was President of the Los Angeles chapter of ICF and served on the board for 7 years. She is also a certified Coaching Supervisor which allows her to continue to support the growth and development of other coaches.

Courtney is living the dream on the Westside of Los Angeles with her charming English husband, Nick, their funny, smart, and super sporty son, London, and their sweet rescue pup, Coco. She loves digging her toes in the sand, creating adventures out of the ordinary, traveling to lands near and far, and laughing to the point of tears with friends and family.
