DeAnne M. Aussem, is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC. DeAnne is a recognized, dynamic, and forward-thinking business leader committed to fostering positive workplace cultures that prioritize well-being, inclusivity, and belonging through purpose-driven leadership. She draws upon more than 25 years of professional services experience empowering individuals, teams, and organizations from diverse industries to thrive across the U.S. and globally.  

DeAnne is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and also holds a Positive Psychology & Well Being certification from the College of Executive Coaching. She is a Hudson Institute alum and recognized by the Coach Supervision Academy (CSA) as a credentialed Coach Supervisor with other certifications including the Herrmann Brain Dominance Indicator (HBDI), the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) instrument and the Leadership Circle (TLC360) assessment. DeAnne recently achieved her Chief Happiness Officer designation, is a credentialed Lifestyle Medicine practitioner, and is also certified to instruct both Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and Unified Mindfulness. 

As a sought-after thought leader, keynote speaker, facilitator, coach, and supervisor DeAnne has been featured extensively in the media, including top business and well-being outlets such as Working Mother, Forbes, The New York Post, Thrive Global, Huffington Post, and Quartz at Work. She also presented at the 2019 Great Place to Work Summit and the O.C. Tanner Influence Greatness conference. In both 2017 and 2016, DeAnne was a featured speaker and cited as a ‘Leading Coaching Luminary’ during the World Business and Executive Coaching Summit (WBECS), the world’s largest digital gathering of business and executive coaches. 

DeAnne embodies a healthy balance of work and play.  She is relentlessly dedicated to spending quality time with her wife Jodie and their children. They believe travel is the best teacher and love to experience other cultures while maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle including lots of beach time, surfing, camping, skiing and snowboarding.
