Eileen Coskey Fracchia is the Founder and CEO of El Camino Group, LLC – a certified Women Owned Business Enterprise, specializing in strength-based leadership and professional development, supporting the growth and development of leaders, teams, and organizations. Eileen is passionate about building better leaders and leadership teams – in the service of creating more inclusive, appreciative, and productive environments. She specializes in helping individuals and organizations realize their full potential and navigate their road to success.

Eileen is known as an expert in strategic and organizational effectiveness planning, executive and professional coaching, organizational and business consulting, business efficacy, and the development and implementation of customized learning solutions. Clients come to her when in search of optimizing their strengths, mitigating weaknesses, learning ways to leverage resources effectively, navigate change, lead, and engage others. Eileen’s client engagements span a broad spectrum of industries and include both the profit and non-profit sectors including Meta, ABC Disney, Coca-Cola, Netflix, CHLA, Layer One Labs, LMU, NBCUniversal, Accenture, EKO, AYSO, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Sheppard Mullins, Elevance Health and Lionsgate/Starz.

Beyond her work as coach and consultant, Eileen is a Founding Fellow and serves as a strategic advisor to the Institute of Coaching (IOC), a Harvard Medical School Affiliate, has served as a member of Loyola Marymount University’s teaching faculty in their Executive MBA program and sits as an Advisory Board member to: Cal Poly Pomona Women in Leadership Exec. Education Programs, and GetWiser, Inc. (by Hudson Institute of Coaching). She is a trusted presenter and facilitator on topics including Leading through Change, Building Strong and Collaborative Teams, Women in Leadership, Creating Inclusive and Appreciative Environments, Organizational and Leadership Efficacy, Finding Your Way Forward from Cancer, and other Life-Changing Events, and Bridging the Pay Equity Gap.

Prior to founding El Camino Group, Eileen’s ‘first career’ was as a successful line of business leader, organizational and talent development executive in the banking industry, which serves as rich experience that she brings to her work as a coaching and leadership practitioner. As Wells Fargo’s Senior Vice President and Head of Regional Development, Eileen managed Strategic, Organizational, Talent (Leader and Team Member) and Customer development in support of 50,000+ team members. She successfully navigated regional and enterprise strategic teams through four mergers and acquisitions. Taking on the EVP/Chief Learning Officer for The Marcus Buckingham Company, created the path to her ‘second career’ – which allowed her to gain broader access into the space of consulting and executive coaching.

Eileen is highly active in the community and is dedicated to using her skills and experiences to help others in need through her work as co-founder of the Women’s Leadership Network – women helping women through professional transition and crisis, member of the Board of Directors for JVS SoCal and UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation.

Eileen is co-author of the book, The Great LeadHERship Awakening; a paradigm-shifting anthology that invites the reader to embrace their true essence and express their LeadHERship gifts, and of the IOC coaching report “Leading with Humanity: The Future of Leadership and Coaching.”

She holds a master’s degree in executive leadership from the University of San Diego Graduate School of Business, is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and is certified through the International Coach Federation and is a mentor coach to both external and internal executive coaches.
