Lisa D. Foster is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC. Lisa, PH.D., ACC, CPRW is a business coach with 25 years of leadership experience. She is an Associated Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Resume Writer from PARWCC. She is certified as a Korn Ferry Leadership Architect practitioner and to administer the EQi-2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment. She is a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching.

Lisa has been coaching and inspiring teams and others throughout her career. She began as a teacher, inspiring students to love literature through finding emotional resonance with stories and characters. As an entrepreneur, she founded a first-to-market reusable grocery bag company and inspired US consumers to switch to reusable grocery bags through publicizing stories about the impacts of single-use plastic bags. A pioneer in the fight against single-use plastic, she became a thought leader in the environmentalist movement. Her company ranked in the top three bag suppliers in the US throughout her leadership.

In her coaching practice, Lisa helps others tap into what inspires them and use their passion to engage and motivate others. Working with entrepreneurs, executives, and managers, she builds self-confidence, self-awareness and empathy to help clients solve problems and improve performance at the personal and organizational level. She finds emotional intelligence coaching powerful for people in all stages of their career.

Lisa is a partner coach with AceUp. She serves on the Board at Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation where she is the co-chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, and is a Corporator Emeritus at Northeastern University. In her spare time, she offers pro bono career coaching with Beacon Academy for underprivileged students seeking their first jobs out of college.
