With over 15 years of diverse experience, Tanesha excels in executive support, program, and operational management. As an administrative associate and executive assistant, Tanesha has adeptly managed complex calendars, orchestrated programs, curated content, and ensured top-notch quality assurance.
Throughout Tanesha’s career, she has collaborated with prominent organizations like HealthRight360, The Weingart Center, and the Los Angeles County Probation Department, bringing her skills in program and operations management to the forefront. Over nearly a decade, Tanesha has provided essential support to the JVS SoCal Women’s Leadership Network, Institute of Coaching, Meta, Natural History Museum Los Angeles, and Loyola Marymount University EMBA program through her work at El Camino Group, LLC, as the Operations Administrative Associate and Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Tanesha has been deeply involved in community engagement in Los Angeles for 20 years, organizing events, women’s groups, clothing drives, and fundraisers.
