Trisha Mason Parsad, is an Associate and Executive Coach with El Camino Group, LLC and a certified professional co-active coach through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Over the past 14 years, Trisha has utilized her coaching principles and various assessments to further develop individuals and teams.

Over the past 20 years, Trisha has held Senior Leadership Coaching, Development, Management and Facilitator positions at TMP Learning & Development Consulting, Southern California Edison, Bank of America and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Most recently, she held the position of Learning and Development Manager & Leadership Facilitator for NBCUniversal Media, LLC., where she created and facilitated BUILD, an early career high potential program, as well as a wealth of other leadership and professional development curriculums.

Trisha is known to be an interactive facilitator, leadership developer, collaborative consultant, and motivational business coach. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from University of California, Los Angeles and is an affiliate of the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. In 2015, Trisha was a nominee for the Edison International Chairman’s Award for outstanding performance. Additionally, Trisha holds various certifications and is a member of the International Coach Federation Los Angeles.
